Managing Partner Marty McLaughlin founded Mosaic Partners in December of 2000. Mosaic Partners brings a structured, engaging, and analytical approach to positioning our clients for success in a highly competitive, rapidly commoditizing marketplace. We focus our clients to attract and retain the right customers with the right assets to create and defend a market advantage over the long-term.

Patterns of the past – visions of the future is more than a tagline, it’s how we engage our clients to develop growth solutions that are innovative in thinking and pragmatic in approach. We enter every situation with vast experiences to help us frame the challenges facing your company and a beginner’s eye to envision new possibilities for value creation.

Marty McLaughlin

Managing Partner

As Managing Partner, Marty provides solutions in the form of consulting assignments, facilitated strategy sessions, and outsourced CMO services. Marty help clients capture and communicate a unique value proposition and compelling points of differentiation. He develops strategic platforms for growth through intensive and interactive engagement with clients to achieve greater individual and organizational success. Marty loves what he does and this shows through in every conversation.

Marty brings over 25 years of experience in Marketing & Brand Management, Customer Acquisition & Growth, Business Strategy, Process Alignment, and Leadership Development.

Prior to launching Mosaic Partners, Marty was Senior Manager in the Emerging Growth Consulting Practice of Andersen Consulting. His clients included Aramark, Schindler Elevator, Perdue Farms, and dozens of other large regional clients.

Marty’s specialties include: Strategic Marketing, Building Brands, Creating Unique and Compelling Market Positions, Growth Planning and Sales Strategies, Connecting Strategy to Customer Experiences, Thought Leadership and Issues-based Marketing, Content Strategy, Understanding Needs of Best Customers, Living the Brand, Coaching Sales Teams and Defining Bold Next Moves.

Marty earned an MBA in Marketing from Widener University as well as his B.S. in Business and Marketing. Marty currently serves as an executive coach within Villanova’s Executive MBA Program. He resides in Glen Mills, Pennsylvania with his wife Soly and son Alexander.

John Sullivan

Senior Consultant

As a Senior Consultant, John provides outsourced CMO services and marketing leadership. John leverages his background and experience to conduct strategy facilitation, market development and customer assessments to offer brand positioning recommendations.

With over 20 years of brand management and marketing experience in consumer products, John brings a strong knowledge of client side thinking to the table. John’s global brand management background allows him to contribute to strategic planning, brand management, marketing research, new product development, advertising, public relations, and promotions planning and management.

John spent 15 years working with Hershey Foods and W.L. Gore & Associates. While at Hershey Foods, John managed brands such as Hershey’s Kisses, Twizzlers, Jolly Rancher and Hershey Cocoa. John’s role at W.L. Gore & Associates included managing brands such as Gore-Tex Garments, Glide Dental Floss and Gore Medical Products.

His client work includes engagements in diverse categories including food, textiles, manufacturing services, athletic apparel, medical devices, financial services M&A and biotechnology.

John earned an MBA with a Marketing Concentration from American University and a B.S. in Marketing from Indiana University of Pennsylvania. John lives with his wife, daughter and son in Villanova, Pennsylvania.

Rebecca Maziarz

Marketing Coordinator

As Marketing Coordinator, Becca assists with various client projects. Her role includes developing collateral materials including company overview brochures, product brochures, web content, promotional pieces, and corporate identity.  Becca is also experienced with CRM systems to help manage client relations, website redesign, social media management and strategy content development.

Becca graduated from Temple University in 2016 with a B.A. in Marketing and a Minor in Management Information Systems.
